The establishment of a joint service center.

Tyco asked Argusi to design a supply chain structure after a reorganization. All divisions of Tyco had their own supply chain. However, none of the divisions had the capacity to share a location, they were all too small. The result of the optimization project was one service center where all division locations were joined.


In this high-profile project, we used LogicNet Plus XE and ArcMap to present the results. Next to these tools, we also used our own benchmark platform Nestor to compare the different divisions with each other.
